近期網站調整說明/Recent website adjustment instructions

近期我們將對網站進行如下調整：

1.新增視頻類目，新欄目新資源新成本，或將只對年卡以上用戶開放。

2.捐助方式調整，大陸地區支付將維持僅微信支付，大陸以外地區的用戶新增paypal人工捐助。

3.2025新版即六週年界面美化調整。
